ABOUT OUR CLIENT

KMR AV provides residential and commercial audio, video, and automation solutions across Houston — serving homeowners, builders, restaurants, bars, and high-end office environments with premium AV infrastructure.

THEIR CHALLENGE

KMR AV came to Sky Collective seeking more qualified sales leads. Through discovery, we identified a branding gap: while known for home automation, their commercial AV services were largely invisible — limiting growth in higher-value markets such as hospitality, corporate offices, and builder partnerships.

HOW SKY COLLECTIVE SUPPORTED

Sky Collective rebuilt their marketing foundation around three targeted customer journeys:

1. Residential Homeowners – Highlighting lifestyle automation solutions.
2. Commercial Clients – Positioning AV as a business investment for bars, restaurants, and office environments.
3. Home Builders – Showcasing the value of contracting AV services during the build phase.

To activate these pathways, we:

  • Redesigned their website around segmented buyer journeys
  • Built social media, direct mail, and email campaigns for each audience
  • Produced short-form video ads to drive traffic and conversions
  • Established a lead-focused sales funnel across all marketing channels

Along the way, KMR AV demonstrated the heart behind their business — donating and installing classroom projectors for Prestige Learning Institute, supporting immigrant and refugee families learning English in Houston.
