- Drafting up copy, design & products/asks for monthly emails

- Designing graphics & Providing copy for 3-5 Published Post a Week via Facebook and Instagram
- Posting Youtube videos (once received from the organization or from Facebook Lives)

Specific metrics that may be included in the report include website visitors, page views, bounce rate, conversion rate, email open and click-through rates, social media followers, likes, shares, and engagement, as well as progress towards fundraising and volunteer goals. Additionally, the report includes any insights or recommendations for future campaigns and any areas where performance could be improved.

Service Initiation: Services at Confidant Co. will commence only after the initial payment is received. This policy ensures that both parties are committed to the engagement and that resources are allocated efficiently.

If you are dissatisfied with the services provided or if services are incomplete, we encourage you to contact our CEO to discuss potential refunds or discounts. Each case will be evaluated individually to ensure fair and satisfactory resolutions.
