Rise & Rescue has a unique opportunity to create transformational outcomes for youth aging out of foster care by combining workforce development, mentorship, and dog training into a life-changing program that benefits both young adults and rescue animals.

Our role is to help transform that vision into a professional, fundable, and scalable organization that is positioned to attract donors, partners, volunteers, and future supporters.

Project Objective

Over the next three months, Sky Collective will work alongside Rise & Rescue to establish the foundational assets needed to launch the organization publicly and begin building long-term momentum.

This engagement combines organizational development, brand strategy, nonprofit setup support, fundraising positioning, and marketing infrastructure into one comprehensive launch package.

Important Timeline Note

While the organizational launch package will be completed within approximately three months, the IRS approval timeline for 501(c)(3) status is outside of our control.

Approval timelines typically range anywhere from 3–10 months depending on:

• IRS processing times
• Completeness of documentation
• Response times to requested information
• Board and organizational readiness
• Filing submission timing

Our goal is to complete all required application materials as quickly as possible and submit them promptly so the review process can begin.
