  • Department outreach collateral

  • Attendee communication support
  • Day-of media capture coordination

Goal:
Position the Buckle Up Bowl as both a meaningful community event and a mission-forward awareness moment.

Golf Tournament (April)

Strategic communications support for:

  • Team recruitment momentum
  • Sponsor visibility
  • Invitation management
  • Hole sponsor collateral
  • Yard signage coordination
  • Sponsor acknowledgment assets

Additional emphasis on:

  • Supporting existing title sponsors
  • Highlighting the Golf Cart Sponsor
  • Driving team fill-rate through consistent communications

3. Senior Scholarship Awareness Campaign

Develop a focused storytelling campaign to:

  • Increase awareness
  • Highlight impact
  • Elevate recipient stories
  • Encourage donor participation

This campaign would help position the scholarship program as a tangible extension of Kailey’s legacy and the Foundation’s commitment to youth safety and leadership.
