A communications plan built for momentum
Imagination Library of Greater Houston is in a powerful season of growth.
You are serving thousands of children, equipping families early, building trusted partnerships across Houston, and laying the groundwork for even greater long-term impact. This is the right moment to strengthen the systems, storytelling, and digital presence that support that growth.
At Sky Collective, our goal is not simply to build a new website. Our goal is to help ILoGH create a stronger, more visible, more strategic communications foundation that helps you enroll more families, build more partnerships, and grow donor confidence. This proposal is built around three immediate priorities:
1. Launch the Welcome Baby Bag initiative right away
We will immediately design a landing page and flyer so your team can move forward with the Children’s Museum Houston baby bag initiative without delay.
2. Build a user-friendly, well-designed website in 3–4 weeks
We will create a professional website on Wix that is easier to manage, easier to navigate, and designed to support families, partners, and donors alike.
3. Strengthen your brand presence across Houston
While the website is being built, we will also activate your communications channels so that your social media, newsletters, flyers, and marketing strategy are working in real time to support growth.
Our approach: build while we grow
Rather than waiting until the website is complete to begin marketing, we recommend doing this work at the same time.
That means while we are building the new website, we are also helping ILoGH become more active and visible through its other communications channels. This allows your organization to gain traction immediately instead of losing momentum during a long build process.

Immediate launch support
Landing page design
We will create a simple, clear landing page that supports your current outreach efforts and helps families understand the program quickly. This page can serve as a direct tool for the Welcome Baby Bag initiative while also helping guide users into the broader ILoGH experience online.
Flyer design
We will design a clean, parent-friendly flyer for distribution through Children’s Museum Houston and partner organizations.
This flyer design will be included in the project at no additional creative fee.
The same flyer can be produced with English on one side and Spanish on the other.
Print costs will be separate, but we are able to print bulk quantities at an affordable rate through our wholesale printer.
Website redesign and development
We recommend redesigning the ILoGH website on Wix so that it is:
- professional and visually strong
- easy to maintain internally
- clear for parents, donors, and partners
- better equipped for future growth
The website will be built with both clarity and usability in mind. We want families to easily understand what ILoGH does, who qualifies, and how to engage. We also want donors and community partners to quickly recognize the value and credibility of the work.

Because ILoGH is operating under the broader Dolly Parton Imagination Library umbrella, this proposal assumes that the current logo remains in place.
To maximize value while staying within that framework, we will focus on the brand elements that will make the biggest difference right now:

- cohesive design direction across website, flyers, and digital communications
While a full logo package is not included in this proposal, the result will still be a more polished and consistent brand presence.
Photography
A photoshoot is included as part of this package to help provide fresh, authentic visuals for the website and communications materials.
These images can be used across:

- partner and fundraising materials
Strong visuals will help ILoGH feel more relational, more credible, and more connected to the families and communities you serve.
Ongoing communications and marketing support
Once the website and launch process are underway, Sky Collective will continue supporting ILoGH with monthly communications and marketing services.
The goal here is not just maintenance. The goal is to help ILoGH build a stronger presence across Houston and create consistent external communication that supports enrollment, partnerships, and fundraising.
